この資料は、お客様の前で emi をお見せするための手順書です。2つのデモ店舗で、どの画面を開き、どこをタップするかを順番にまとめました。載せているのは、2026年10月1日の3回の通しテストで実際に動いたことだけです。各機能の背景は「emi モーターガイド」（emi-motor-guide-ja-en.pdf）の第7章をご覧ください。

This is the step-by-step guide for showing emi to a client: which screen to open and where to tap, in order, on the two demo shops. It contains only what actually worked in the three test walks on 1 October 2026. For background on each feature, see chapter 7 of the emi motor guide (emi-motor-guide-ja-en.pdf).

1. 2つのデモ店舗 / The two demo shops

どちらも Puentech が用意したデモ用の店舗で、実在のお店ではありません。中の名前・電話番号・住所・メールはすべて架空です（example.com、090-0000-…、デモ町）。検索エンジンには載らない設定（noindex）で、支払いはすべて Stripe のテスト環境です。本物のお金は動きません。

Both are demo shops set up by Puentech, not real businesses. Every name, phone number, address and e-mail in them is made up (example.com, 090-0000-…, デモ町). They are hidden from search engines (noindex), and every payment runs in Stripe's test environment: no real money moves.

店舗を2つに分けているのは、QRメニューに店のすべての商品が並ぶためです。チケットや限定品を同じ店に入れると、居酒屋のメニューに出てしまいます。

There are two shops because the QR menu lists every item a shop sells: tickets and limited goods in the same shop would appear on the izakaya's menu.

emi デモ食堂 六本木（demo-tokyo）/ emi Demo Dining Roppongi

• 居酒屋の設定です。営業時間は 17:00〜翌2:00、日曜定休、テーブルは8卓（T1〜T8、各4席）です。 An izakaya: open 17:00 to 02:00, closed on Sundays, eight tables (T1 to T8, four seats each).
• メニューは17品です（生ビール、焼き鳥盛り合わせ、刺身三種盛り、宴会コース 飲み放題付き ¥5,500 など）。枝豆は品切れの実演のため在庫0、おみやげおにぎりは持ち帰りの軽減税率8%です。 A 17-item menu (draft beer, a yakitori platter, sashimi, a ¥5,500 party course with free-flow drinks and more). Edamame is at zero stock to show sold-out; the take-away onigiri is taxed at the reduced 8%.
• 予約は「お席のみ（2時間制）」と「宴会コース」から選べます。6名様以上の宴会コースは前受金3,000円です。追加の質問（アレルギー）と、お知らせを受け取る同意の欄があります。 Bookings offer 「お席のみ（2時間制）」 (table only, 2 hours) or the party course; parties of 6 or more on the course pay a ¥3,000 deposit. There is one extra question (allergies) and a consent box for news and offers.
• 用意してあるサンプル: 今日・明日・来週以降の予約（デモ 花子 / Demo Alex / 演示 王芳）、前受金支払済みの予約1件と未払いの予約2件、1番卓（T1）のキッチン注文1件、割引とチップ入りの会計1件、返金1件、問い合わせ1件、受信箱のメッセージ1件、顧客台帳3名分。 Prepared samples: bookings for today, tomorrow and the following days (デモ 花子, Demo Alex, 演示 王芳), one booking with its deposit paid and two left unpaid, a kitchen order from table 1 (T1), a bill with a discount and a tip, a refund, an enquiry, an inbox message and three guest profiles.
• スタッフは「オーナー（デモ）」（オーナー）と「スタッフ（デモ）」（レジ担当）の2人です。チップ欄はオンにしてあります（日本の店の既定はオフ）。 Two staff: オーナー（デモ） (owner) and スタッフ（デモ） (cashier). The tip field is switched on (Japanese shops have it off by default).

emi デモ ライブ＆ショップ（demo-tokyo-live）/ emi Demo Live & Shop

• イベントは2つです。「デモ・コメディナイト」（¥2,500、定員60）と「デモ・DJナイト」（¥3,000、定員120）。座席指定はなく、定員だけです。 Two events: Demo Comedy Night (¥2,500, capacity 60) and Demo DJ Night (¥3,000, capacity 120). No seat map, capacity only.
• ドロップは「限定Tシャツ ドロップ（デモ）」¥3,800、30枚限定・お一人様1枚で、約2週間販売します（シードのたびに延長）。 The drop is a limited T-shirt at ¥3,800, 30 pieces, one per person, on sale for about two weeks (each seed run extends it).
• 物販はトートバッグ ¥2,200 とステッカーセット ¥600。送料は ¥800（1万円以上は無料）です。 Shop goods: a ¥2,200 tote bag and a ¥600 sticker set; shipping ¥800, free over ¥10,000.
• 精算の配分ルールは、チケット売上が会場70%・出演者30%、ドロップ売上がショップ100%です。 Settlement rules: ticket sales split 70% venue and 30% performers; drop sales go 100% to the shop.
• 用意してあるサンプル: 発送済みのネット注文1件、梱包済みのドロップ注文1件、コメディナイトの招待券1枚と購入済みチケット1枚（どちらも未入場）、今月の精算書の下書き。 Prepared samples: a shipped web order, a packed drop order, one comp ticket and one paid ticket for the comedy night (neither used yet), and this month's settlement draft.

開き方とサインイン / Where to open each screen

オーナーアプリはスマホで開き、パスコードを入れて「サインイン」します。サインインはその日のあいだ有効で、アプリを完全に閉じたときや翌日は、もう一度パスコードを入れます。Safari の共有ボタン →「ホーム画面に追加」でアプリのように使えます（アイコンは画面の写真になります）。画面は店の第一言語の日本語です。

Open the owner app on the phone, enter the passcode and tap 「サインイン」. The sign-in lasts for that day; after the app is fully closed, or the next day, enter the passcode again. Safari's Share button → Add to Home Screen makes it an app (its icon will be a picture of the page). It speaks the shop's first language, Japanese.

タブレットPOSは、最初に「オーナーのパスコード」と「レジの名前」を入れて「サインイン」すると、30日間サインインしたままです。「レジの名前」には「Kenta iPad」のような名前を入れてください（demo-walk で始まる名前は、リセットでサインアウトされます）。

On the tablet POS, enter 「オーナーのパスコード」 and 「レジの名前」 once and tap 「サインイン」: it stays signed in for 30 days. Use a name such as "Kenta iPad" for 「レジの名前」 (names starting with demo-walk are signed out by the reset).

2. 10分デモの流れ / The 10-minute demo

お客様のスマホ → ケンタさんのスマホ（オーナーアプリ）→ タブレットの順に、お店のひと晩を追いかけます。時間は目安です。

The demo follows one evening at the shop, moving from the client's phone to Kenta's phone (owner app) to the tablet. Timings are a guide.

持ち物 / What to bring

• ケンタさんのスマホ（2つのオーナーアプリにサインイン済み）。 Kenta's phone, signed in to both owner apps.
• タブレット（飲食のPOSにサインイン済みで、レジが開いている状態）。縦向きで使ってください。横向きでは「受け取る」ボタンが下のタブに隠れます。 The tablet, signed in to the restaurant POS with the register open. Hold it upright: in landscape the 「受け取る」 (take payment) button sits under the bottom tab bar.
• 2番卓（T2）のQRを印刷した紙。タブレットの 設定 › テーブル ›「QRシートを印刷」で印刷します。1番卓には用意済みの注文が入っているので、お客様には2番卓を使います。 A printout of table 2's QR, from the tablet's 設定 › テーブル › 「QRシートを印刷」. Table 1 already holds a prepared order, so the client uses table 2.
• 別紙PDF（パスコード、スタッフPIN、前受金デモ用のリンク、チケットコード）。 The separate PDF (passcodes, staff PINs, the deposit-demo link, ticket codes).
• お客様ご自身のスマホ。 The client's own phone.

直前チェック / Before the client arrives

• エミリオ（または Claude）がリセットとシードを済ませ、最新の別紙PDFが届いていること（4章）。 Emilio (or Claude) has run the reset and the seed, and you have the latest separate PDF (section 4).
• 日曜は避けてください。デモ食堂は定休日で、予約を受け付けません。 Avoid Sundays: the demo restaurant is closed and takes no bookings.
• タブレットの「レジ」の一番上の行に「釣銭準備金 ¥30,000」と出ていること。¥0 なら「レジを閉める」→ 30000 を入れて「レジを開ける」。 The top line of the tablet's 「レジ」 shows 釣銭準備金 ¥30,000. If it shows ¥0, tap 「レジを閉める」, then type 30000 and tap 「レジを開ける」.
• タブレットの「キッチン」を開き、右上が「音あり」になっていることを確認して、画面を一度タップしておきます（ブラウザが音を鳴らせるように）。 Open the tablet's 「キッチン」, check 音あり (sound on) at the top right and tap the screen once so the browser may chime.
• 同じWi-Fiからは、1時間に予約8件・ネット注文8件（チケット・ドロップを含む）・予約確認ページの表示20回までです。リハーサルで使い切らないでください。 One Wi-Fi network allows 8 bookings, 8 web orders (tickets and drops included) and 20 booking-page views an hour. Don't use them up rehearsing.

台本 / The script

1 · 0:00–1:00 · お客様のスマホ / Client's phone · 4言語のサイト / The site in four languages

お客様のスマホで https://demo-tokyo-emi.pages.dev を開き、上の「日本語 / English / 中文 / 한국어」を切り替えます。「ここで入れた予約は、デモ店舗のオーナーアプリにそのまま届きます」とひと言添えます。お客様の店のサイトができていれば、先にそちらを見せます。

Open https://demo-tokyo-emi.pages.dev on the client's phone and switch 日本語 / English / 中文 / 한국어 at the top. Mention that a booking made here goes straight to the demo shop's owner app. If the client's own site is built, show it first.

2 · 1:00–2:00 · お客様のスマホ / Client's phone · 予約 / Book

「ご来店日」で今日か明日を選び、「時間」から空いている枠をタップします。人数・メニュー・お名前・電話番号（架空で構いません）を入れ、「アレルギー・苦手な食材」にひと言書いて「お知らせや特典を受け取る」にチェックし、「このサイトで予約する」をタップします。受付番号が出ます。

Pick today or tomorrow under 「ご来店日」 and tap a free slot under 「時間」. Fill in the party size, menu, name and phone (made-up numbers are fine), write something under the allergy question, tick 「お知らせや特典を受け取る」 and tap 「このサイトで予約する」. A reference code appears.

注意: 明後日以降の日付にすると、オーナーアプリに「確定」ボタンが出ません。人数は8名まで選べます（9名以上は下の「貸切・宴会のご相談」から）。宴会コースで6名以上を選ぶと前受金の案内が出ますが、この画面では支払いません（次の手順）。0:00〜1:30 の枠は前日の夜の日付で選び、「翌0:30」のように読み上げます。

Note: a date after tomorrow gets no 「確定」 (confirm) button in the owner app. The party select stops at 8 (larger groups use 「貸切・宴会のご相談」 below). Choosing the party course for 6 or more shows the deposit terms, but this form takes no payment (next step). Slots from 00:00 to 01:30 belong to the evening before: pick that evening's date and read 00:30 as 翌0:30.

3 · 2:00–3:00 · お客様のスマホ / Client's phone · 前受金 / Deposit

別紙PDFの「前受金デモ用のリンク」（またはQR）を開きます。未払いのまま用意した、6名・宴会コース・前受金3,000円の予約です。英語のお客様の予約なので、画面は英語です。「Pay · ¥3,000」→ Stripe のテスト画面（上に「Sandbox」の表示）→ テストカード 4242 4242 4242 4242（5章）→「Pay」。予約確認ページに戻り、「Deposit paid ¥3,000」（前受金お支払い済み）と表示されます。

Open the deposit-demo link (or its QR) from the separate PDF: a prepared, unpaid booking for 6 on the party course with a ¥3,000 deposit. It belongs to an English-speaking guest, so the page is in English. Tap 「Pay · ¥3,000」 → Stripe's test checkout (marked Sandbox at the top) → test card 4242 4242 4242 4242 (section 5) → 「Pay」. Back on the booking page it reads "Deposit paid ¥3,000".

注意: 表示が変わらないときは数秒待って1回だけ再読み込みします（「Pay」をもう一度押さない）。「¥2,500 At the shop」の行は読み上げず、「残りは当日、人数分をお店でお支払いいただきます」と説明します。前受金はレジの会計から差し引かれません（レジは予約を呼び出せません）。このリンクは1回支払うと使い終わりで、予備のリンクも別紙PDFにあります。

Note: if it hasn't changed, wait a few seconds and reload once (don't tap 「Pay」 again). Don't read out the "¥2,500 At the shop" line; say the rest is paid at the shop for the whole party. The register does not take the deposit off a bill (it cannot call up a booking). The link is used up once paid; a spare is in the separate PDF.

4 · 3:00–3:45 · ケンタさんのスマホ / Kenta's phone · オーナーアプリで確定 / Confirm in the owner app

オーナーアプリ（デモ食堂）の「今日」タブを開き、右上の ↻ をタップします。手順2の予約が「今日」か「明日」に「受付中」で出ています。「確定」をタップすると「確定」の表示に変わります。「LINE への即時通知は、Puentech の LINE 公式アカウントができてから届きます」とひと言添えます。

In the restaurant's owner app open 「今日」 and tap ↻ at the top right. Step 2's booking is under 今日 or 明日, marked 受付中 (pending). Tap 「確定」; it now reads 確定 (confirmed). Mention that the instant LINE notice arrives once Puentech's LINE Official Account exists.

注意: オーナーアプリには支払い状況が出ません。前受金は手順3の予約確認ページで見せます。状態を変えても、お客様には何も送られません。

Note: the owner app does not show payment status; show the deposit on step 3's booking page. Changing a status sends the guest nothing.

5 · 3:45–4:45 · お客様のスマホ / Client's phone · QRで注文 / Order from the table QR

印刷した2番卓のQRをお客様のスマホで読みます。メニューは日本語で開くので、右上の「日本語」から English・中文・한국어 に切り替えて見せます（デモ店の4言語です。スマホの言語には自動で合わせません）。「＋」で2品ほど選んで「注文を送る」→「受付済み」の画面で「スタッフを呼ぶ」をタップします。

The client scans the printed QR for table 2. The menu opens in Japanese; switch it with 「日本語」 at the top right to English, 中文 or 한국어 (the demo shop's four languages; it does not follow the phone's language). Add two items with ＋, tap 「注文を送る」, then on the 受付済み (received) screen tap 「スタッフを呼ぶ」 (call staff).

注意: 枝豆は品切れなのでメニューに出ません。「宴会コース」もメニューに出ますが、注文しないでください。

Note: edamame is sold out, so it is not on the menu. The party course also appears on the menu; don't order it.

6 · 4:45–5:30 · タブレット / Tablet · キッチン / Kitchen

タブレットの「キッチン」タブで音が鳴り、「新規」に T2 の注文が出ます（T1 の注文は用意済みのサンプルです）。「受ける」で「調理中」へ移り、「できあがり」→「提供済み」と進めます。お客様の画面も 調理中 → できあがり と変わります。上に出る「T2 · スタッフ呼び出し」をタップして消します。

The tablet's 「キッチン」 tab chimes and T2's order appears under 新規 (new); T1's is the prepared sample. Tap 「受ける」 to move it to 調理中 (preparing), then 「できあがり」 (ready), then 「提供済み」 (served). The client's screen follows: 調理中 → できあがり. Tap the 「T2 · スタッフ呼び出し」 chip at the top to clear it.

7 · 5:30–6:45 · タブレット / Tablet · 会計（値引きとチップ）/ The bill with a discount and a tip

「会計」タブの上の「会計待ち」で「T2」をタップすると、T2 の注文が1枚の伝票になります。右下の担当者名 →「オーナー（デモ）」→ PIN（別紙PDF）。「割引」で ¥500 引きます（明細ごとの「%」や「サービス料」も使えます）。「¥… を会計」→「チップ」に 300 →「現金」→「¥5,000」→「¥… を受け取る」（横向きのときは下へスクロール）。「会計完了」とお釣りが出ます。

On 「会計」 tap 「T2」 in the 会計待ち (open tables) strip: its orders become one bill. Tap the staff name at the bottom right → 「オーナー（デモ）」 → PIN (separate PDF). Tap 「割引」 for ¥500 off (「%」 on a line and 「サービス料」 also work). Tap 「¥… を会計」 → type 300 under 「チップ」 → 「現金」 → 「¥5,000」 → 「¥… を受け取る」 (in landscape, scroll down first). 会計完了 (done) and the change appear.

注意: 「スタッフ（デモ）」（レジ担当）には割引のボタンが出ないので、権限の違いとして見せられます。日本ではチップよりサービス料が自然です。前受金はこの会計には入りません。

Note: スタッフ（デモ） (cashier) gets no discount buttons, which shows the roles. In Japan a service charge is more natural than a tip. The deposit is not part of this bill.

8 · 6:45–7:15 · お客様のスマホ / Client's phone · レシート / Receipt

「会計完了」画面のQRをお客様が読むと、スマホに領収書が開きます。名前や電話番号は載りません。デモ店には T番号を入れていないため、適格簡易請求書の項目は表示されません。持ち帰りのおにぎり（8%）を含む用意済みのレシート（別紙PDF）では、※の印と税率ごとの合計が見られます。「レシートをメールで送る」は使いません（送信はアカウント待ち）。必要なら、ここで返金も見せます（「時間が余ったら」）。

The client scans the QR on the 会計完了 screen and the receipt opens on their phone, with no name or phone on it. The demo shop has no T-number, so the 適格簡易請求書 fields don't show. The prepared receipt with the take-away onigiri (8%, in the separate PDF) shows the ※ mark and per-rate totals. Skip 「レシートをメールで送る」: sending waits on an account. Show a refund here if useful (see "If there is time").

9 · 7:15–8:15 · お客様のスマホ＋ケンタさんのスマホ / Client's phone + Kenta's phone · チケットと入場 / Ticket and door check-in

お客様のスマホで「デモ・コメディナイト」のページ（3章のURL）を開き、来場者の名前・お名前・電話番号・メールを入れて「チケットを購入 · ￥2,500」→ テストカード。支払い後のページの「チケット」から、QRとコードのついたチケットが開きます。ケンタさんはオーナーアプリ（ライブ＆ショップ）の「入場」タブで、上のイベントを「デモ・コメディナイト」に切り替え、チケットのコードを入れて「入場する」→「ようこそ」とお名前が出ます。もう一度「入場する」→「先ほど入場済み（同じチケット）」。別のスマホで（または2分たってから）同じコードを入れると、「16:11 に使用済み」のように時刻つきで止まります。

On the client's phone open the Demo Comedy Night page (URL in section 3), fill in the holder's name, your name, phone and e-mail, and tap 「チケットを購入 · ￥2,500」 → test card. On the paid order page, the ticket link opens the ticket with its QR and code. Kenta opens 「入場」 in the live shop's owner app, switches the event at the top to デモ・コメディナイト, types the code and taps 「入場する」: ようこそ (welcome) and the name. Tap 「入場する」 again: 先ほど入場済み (already in, same ticket). On another phone, or after two minutes, the same code stops with the time, e.g. 16:11 に使用済み (used at 16:11).

注意: iPhone ではカメラで読み取れないので、コードを入力します（Android の Chrome なら「カメラで読み取る」が使えます）。入場の画面は次のイベントではなく DJナイトを先に選んでいることがあるので、必ず確認して切り替えます。時間を短くしたいときは、別紙PDFの招待券か購入済みチケットのコードで入場だけを見せます。

Note: iPhones can't scan here, so type the code (Android Chrome can use 「カメラで読み取る」). The door screen may open on the DJ night rather than the next event, so always check and switch. To save time, show only the check-in with a comp or paid ticket code from the separate PDF.

10 · 8:15–9:00 · お客様のスマホ＋ケンタさんのスマホ / Client's phone + Kenta's phone · ドロップと発送 / Drop and shipping

ドロップのページ（3章のURL）で、カウントダウンと残りの枚数を見せます。架空の電話番号（例: 090-0000-1234。毎回ちがう番号）で「購入する · ￥3,800」→ テストカード。同じ電話番号でもう一度買おうとすると「この販売はお一人様1回限りです。」で止まります。続けてケンタさんがオーナーアプリ（ライブ＆ショップ）の「注文」タブで「梱包済み」のサンプル注文を開き、「発送…」→ 配送業者に yamato、追跡番号を入れて保存します。

On the drop page (URL in section 3) show the countdown and the units left. Buy with a made-up phone number (e.g. 090-0000-1234, a different one each time): 「購入する · ￥3,800」 → test card. A second try with the same number stops with この販売はお一人様1回限りです。 (one per person). Then Kenta opens 「注文」 in the live shop's owner app, picks the sample order marked 梱包済み (packed), taps 「発送…」, enters yamato as the carrier and a tracking number, and saves.

注意: ドロップのページには住所の欄がないので、「会場での受け取り」として紹介します。一度買った電話番号は、リセットしてもこのドロップを二度と買えません。お客様の本当の電話番号は入れないでください。発送するのは名前のある注文（Demo Mia）です。名前が「—」の古い注文の「発送…」は失敗します。リハーサルで発送したら、次のリセットまで梱包済みのサンプルはありません。

Note: the drop page has no address fields, so present it as pick-up at the venue. A number that bought the drop can never buy it again, even after a reset: don't type the client's real number. Ship the order with a name (Demo Mia); 「発送…」 fails on old orders whose name reads "—". If you ship it in a rehearsal, there is no packed sample until the next reset.

11 · 9:00–9:30 · ケンタさんのスマホ / Kenta's phone · 精算書 / Settlement statement

オーナーアプリ（ライブ＆ショップ）の「精算」タブに、今月の下書きがあります。純額と、会場・出演者・ショップそれぞれの取り分が出ています。「配分の明細であり、請求書ではありません」と説明します。「確定」はタップしないでください（確定すると元に戻せません）。

The live shop's owner app has this month's draft under 「精算」: the net and each party's share (venue, performers, shop). Explain that it is a share statement, not an invoice. Don't tap 「確定」 (finalise): it cannot be undone.

注意: 取り分の合計は純額と一致しません。配分ルールのない売上があるためで、聞かれたら「ルールを決めた売上だけを分けています」と答えます。顧客台帳（来店回数・無断キャンセルの回数）は、今はエミリオのコンソールでしか見せられません。ケンタさんのパートナーログインができても、パートナーの画面は件数だけです（名前や電話番号は出ない設計です）。

Note: the shares don't add up to the net, because some sales fall under no rule; if asked, say only sales with a rule are split. The guest profiles (visits, no-shows) can only be shown from Emilio's console for now. Once Kenta's partner login exists, a partner's screen shows counts only (no names or phones, by design).

12 · 9:30–10:00 · タブレット / Tablet · 売上レポート / Reports

タブレットの「レジ」タブの下にある「レポート」を開きます。今日の売上を「日別・週別・商品別・担当者別・支払方法別・税率別」で切り替え、「CSVをダウンロード」を見せます。レジ締め（Z）は任意です。締めたときは、30000 を入れて「レジを開ける」で開け直します。

Open 「レポート」 at the bottom of the tablet's 「レジ」. Switch today's sales between 日別 / 週別 / 商品別 / 担当者別 / 支払方法別 / 税率別 (day, week, item, staff, tender, tax rate) and show 「CSVをダウンロード」. Closing the register (the Z) is optional; if you close it, type 30000 and tap 「レジを開ける」 to open it again.

注意: 「担当者別」では、テーブル会計の担当者が「—」になります（既知の課題）。

Note: in 担当者別, table bills show "—" as the staff (a known gap).

時間が余ったら / If there is time

• 返金: タブレットの「レジ」→「売上」の一覧で会計を選び「返金」→「返金額」を入れます。現金はその場で返金され、返金のレシートができます。 Refund: on the tablet's 「レジ」, pick a sale in 売上 and tap 「返金」, then enter 返金額 (the amount). Cash goes back at once and a refund receipt is made.
• 保留: 「会計」で品物を打って「保留にする」→ 名前を入れる → 上の「保留中」から再開します。 Tabs: ring items on 「会計」, tap 「保留にする」, give it a name, and resume it from 「保留中」 at the top.
• オフライン: タブレットを機内モードにすると「オフライン：現金のみ」の表示が出て、現金で会計すると「仮レシート」が出ます。機内モードを切ると同期され、正式番号がつきます。仮レシートの番号は「仮の番号です」と説明します。 Offline: in airplane mode the tablet shows オフライン：現金のみ (offline, cash only); a cash sale prints a 仮レシート (pre-ticket). Turning airplane mode off syncs it and gives it a real number. Call the pre-ticket number provisional.
• お客様自身での変更・キャンセル: 手順2の完了画面の「予約の確認・変更・キャンセル」→ 電話番号の下4桁 → 人数や時間を変更します。オーナーアプリにも反映されます。 Guest self-service: 「予約の確認・変更・キャンセル」 on step 2's done screen → the phone's last four digits → change the party or the time. The owner app shows the change.
• 問い合わせ: デモページの下の「貸切・宴会のご相談」から送ると、オーナーアプリの「問い合わせ」に届きます。 Enquiry: send 「貸切・宴会のご相談」 at the bottom of the demo page; it arrives under 「問い合わせ」 in the owner app.
• 受信箱: オーナーアプリの「受信箱」に、LINE で届いた想定のサンプル（駐車場の質問）があります。「送信」は押さないでください。 Inbox: the owner app's 「受信箱」 holds a sample message as if sent on LINE (a parking question). Don't press 「送信」.
• 在庫: タブレットの 設定 › 在庫 で、枝豆が0（メニューから消えている理由）を見せます。 Stock: the tablet's 設定 › 在庫 shows edamame at 0, which is why it is off the menu.

状態の見方 / Status labels:

• 稼働中 LIVE — 今日そのまま見せられます。外部のアカウントは要りません。 Works today; no outside account needed.
• Stripeテスト — Stripe のテスト環境で、テストカードを使って見せられます。本物のお金を受け取るには、お店自身の Stripe アカウントが必要です。 Shown in Stripe's test environment with the test card; taking real money needs the shop's own Stripe account.
• 準備済み・アカウント待ち — 作ってエンジンに入っていますが、書いてあるアカウントや機器ができるまで動きません。デモでは「準備済み」とだけ説明します。 Built and deployed, but waiting on the named account or device. In a demo, describe it as ready, not as working.

お客様の画面 / Guest screens

• 店舗サイト（4言語）/ Venue website (4 languages) · 稼働中 LIVE · https://<店のプロジェクト>.pages.dev デモでは https://demo-tokyo-emi.pages.dev 。上の「日本語 / English / 中文 / 한국어」で切り替えます。ラウンド3の19店のサイトは制作中です。 For the demo, https://demo-tokyo-emi.pages.dev; switch with 日本語 / English / 中文 / 한국어 at the top. The 19 round-3 venue sites are still being built.
• 予約フォーム / Booking form · 稼働中 LIVE · POST /book/demo-tokyo デモページの「日付と時間を選んで予約」に入力して「このサイトで予約する」。受付番号が出て、オーナーアプリと顧客台帳に入ります。 Fill in 「日付と時間を選んで予約」 on the demo page and tap 「このサイトで予約する」: a reference appears and the booking reaches the owner app and the guest profiles.
• 空き枠と定員 / Time slots and capacity · 稼働中 LIVE · https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/availability/demo-tokyo?date=YYYY-MM-DD フォームで日付を選ぶと「時間」に空き枠が出ます（30分ごと、17:00〜翌1:30）。満席の枠・過去の日付・日曜・営業時間外は受け付けません。デモ食堂は直前予約の制限を0分にしているので、「直前すぎる予約」のお断りは見せられません。 Picking a date fills 「時間」 with the free slots (every 30 minutes, 17:00 to 01:30). Full slots, past dates, Sundays and times outside opening hours are refused. The demo shop's lead time is zero, so the "too late to book" refusal cannot be shown.
• 追加の質問・販促の同意 / Extra questions and marketing consent · 稼働中 LIVE（添付ファイルは 準備済み・アカウント待ち）· 予約フォームの中 / inside the booking form 「アレルギー・苦手な食材」と「お知らせや特典を受け取る」。回答は予約確認ページに出ます（項目名は英語の id のまま表示されます）。ファイルの添付は Cloudflare R2 の有効化待ちです。 The allergy question and the consent box. Answers show on the booking page (the question appears under its English id). File attachments wait on Cloudflare R2.

• 前日リマインダー / Day-before reminder · 準備済み・アカウント待ち · 設定のみ / setting only デモ食堂ではオン（前日10時）。上の送信手段のどれかができると届きます。 Switched on in the demo shop (10:00 the day before); it sends once any channel above exists.
• ウォレットに追加 / Wallet passes · 準備済み・アカウント待ち · /pass/demo-tokyo/<予約番号>/google|apple Google ウォレットの発行者アカウントと、Apple の開発者アカウント・証明書が必要です。 Needs a Google Wallet issuer account and an Apple Developer account with a pass certificate.

• カウンター注文（番号札）/ Counter ordering with numbers · 稼働中 LIVE · /m/<店> 業種が「カウンター」の店では、卓の代わりに日ごとの番号でお呼びします。デモ食堂はテーブルの店なので、デモでは見せられません。 A shop whose kind is counter numbers orders per day instead of tables. The demo restaurant has tables, so this is not shown.
• デジタルレシート / Digital receipt · 稼働中 LIVE（メール送付は 準備済み・アカウント待ち）· https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/r/demo-tokyo/<トークン> 会計完了画面のQRで開きます。名前や電話番号は載りません。T番号がないため、適格簡易請求書の項目は表示されません（※と税率ごとの合計は出ます）。用意済みのレシートのリンクは別紙PDF。メール送付は送信用ドメイン待ちです。 Opens from the QR on the 会計完了 screen and carries no name or phone. The engine has no product-list page: a plain shop order starts from a site cart (not built) or the API. The 特商法 page is not live yet (section 6).
• イベントのチケット販売 / Event ticket sales · Stripeテスト · コメディナイト / Comedy Night: https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/event/demo-tokyo-live/55e49046-85f0-4835-888e-f98cf853e8fe · DJナイト / DJ Night: https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/event/demo-tokyo-live/2ebe0165-9fa0-42fa-982c-cdf9b2620611 枚数・来場者の名前・連絡先を入れて「チケットを購入」→ テストカード。ページは日本語で開き、ほかの言語は URL の最後に ?lang=en（zh・ko）を付けます。座席指定と券種はありません。イベントの日が過ぎると、次のシードで新しいイベント（新しいURL）ができます。最新のURLは state.json の urls にあります。 Fill in the count, holder names and contact, tap 「チケットを購入」 → test card. The page opens in Japanese; add ?lang=en (or zh, ko) to the URL for others. No seat map and no ticket tiers. Once an event's date has passed, the next seed run makes a new event with a new URL; the current URLs are under urls in state.json.
• 電子チケット / Ticket page with QR · 稼働中 LIVE · https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/t/demo-tokyo-live/<チケットコード> 支払い後の注文ページの「チケット」から開きます。QRとコードつきで、入場後は「入場済み」と時刻が出ます。招待券と購入済みチケットのコードは別紙PDF。 Opens from the ticket link on the paid order page: a QR and the code, then 入場済み (used) with the time. Comp and paid ticket codes are in the separate PDF.

There are no address fields, so present it as pick-up at the venue.
• 埋め込み予約フォーム（ウィジェット）/ Embeddable booking widget · 稼働中 LIVE · https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/widget/demo-tokyo.js ＋ <div data-emiv1="book" data-lang="ja"> デモページの予約フォームと問い合わせフォームがこのウィジェットです。どのサイトにも1行で入り、13言語に対応します。人数は8名まで選べます。公開中の67サイトはまだ切り替えていません。 The demo page's booking and enquiry forms are this widget: one line on any site, 13 languages. The party select stops at 8. The 67 live sites have not been switched to it.
• 規約・プライバシー / Legal texts · 稼働中 LIVE · https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/legal/demo-tokyo/privacy（dpa・subprocessors・pci-scope・accessibility） 「法務レビュー待ち」の注記つきです。委託先一覧（subprocessors）と PCI（pci-scope）の2ページは英語のみです。 Marked pending legal review. The sub-processor and PCI pages are in English only.

タブレットPOS / Tablet POS

• タブレットPOS / Tablet POS · 稼働中 LIVE · https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/pos/demo-tokyo（ライブ / live: https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/pos/demo-tokyo-live） タブレットで開き、「オーナーのパスコード」（別紙PDF）と「レジの名前」→「サインイン」。30日間サインインしたままです。下のタブは 会計・キッチン・レジ・設定・担当者名。 Open on the tablet, enter 「オーナーのパスコード」 (separate PDF) and 「レジの名前」 → 「サインイン」; it stays signed in for 30 days. Bottom tabs: 会計 (sell), キッチン (kitchen), レジ (register), 設定 (settings) and the staff name.
• スタッフPIN / Staff PIN switch · 稼働中 LIVE · 右下の担当者名 / the staff name at the bottom right 「担当者を選択」→「オーナー（デモ）」か「スタッフ（デモ）」→ PIN（別紙PDF）。5回まちがえると15分ロックされます。 「担当者を選択」 → オーナー（デモ） or スタッフ（デモ） → PIN (separate PDF). Five wrong PINs lock it for 15 minutes.
• 会計（割引・サービス料）/ Sell: discounts and service charge · 稼働中 LIVE · 「会計」タブ / the 会計 tab 商品をタップして伝票に入れます。明細の「%」で明細ごと、「割引」で会計全体（金額か%）、「サービス料」（%）。割引はオーナー・店長だけで、レジ担当には出ません。税は税率ごとに1回だけ計算します。 Tap items onto the bill. 「%」 on a line discounts that line, 「割引」 the whole bill (amount or %), 「サービス料」 adds a service charge (%). Discounts are for owners and managers only; a cashier doesn't see them. Tax is worked out once per rate.
• 伝票の保留 / Tabs · 稼働中 LIVE · 「会計」›「保留にする」 名前をつけて保留し、上の「保留中」から再開します。入金がないまま12時間たつと自動で取り消されます。 Park a bill under a name and resume it from 「保留中」 at the top; with no money in, it is voided after 12 hours.
• テーブル会計 / Table bills · 稼働中 LIVE · 「会計」›「会計待ち」 卓（T1、T2…）をタップすると、その卓のQR注文がまとめて1枚の伝票になります。 Tapping a table (T1, T2…) folds all its QR orders into one bill.
• 現金会計・チップ / Cash and tips · 稼働中 LIVE · 「¥… を会計」 「チップ」→「現金」→ 金額 →「¥… を受け取る」でお釣りを表示します。チップは合計に含めず記録します（日本の店は既定で非表示、デモ食堂はオン）。 チップ → 現金 → amount → 「¥… を受け取る」 shows the change. Tips are recorded outside the total (hidden by default for Japanese shops, switched on for the demo shop).
• カード端末（Stripe Terminal S700）/ Card reader · 準備済み・アカウント待ち · 設定 › カード端末 お店自身の Stripe（日本で有効化）と S700 端末が必要です。お会計画面の「カード」は押せません。 Needs the shop's own Stripe activated in Japan and an S700 reader. 「カード」 on the payment screen is greyed out.
• iPhone のタッチ決済 / Tap to Pay on iPhone · 準備済み・アカウント待ち · スマホアプリ / native app スマホアプリのビルド（Apple・Google の開発者アカウント）とお店の Stripe が必要です。日本は iPhone のみのプレビュー提供です。 Needs the native app builds (Apple and Google developer accounts) and the shop's Stripe; in Japan it is iPhone-only and in preview.
• Square Terminal / Square Terminal · 準備済み・アカウント待ち · コンソール › POS › Square Square のアプリ鍵、お店の Square アカウントと端末が必要です（カード・QR決済・交通系IC）。 Needs Square's app keys, the shop's Square account and a Terminal (cards, QR wallets, transit IC cards).
• キッチン画面 / Kitchen view · 稼働中 LIVE · https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/pos/demo-tokyo#/kitchen QR注文が5秒ごとに音とともに届きます。「新規」→「受ける」で「調理中」→「できあがり」→「提供済み」。呼び出しは上に表示され、タップで消えます。飲食の店だけにあります。 Guest orders arrive every 5 seconds with a chime: 新規 → 「受ける」 → 調理中 → 「できあがり」 → 「提供済み」. Calls show at the top and clear with a tap. Eateries only.
• レジ開け・締め / Register open and close · 稼働中 LIVE · 「レジ」タブ / the レジ tab 「釣銭準備金」で開け、「入金」「出金」「金庫へ移動」。締めは「実際の現金」を数えて入れ（あるべき金額は見えません）、「レジを閉める」で精算（Z）が確定します。 Open with 釣銭準備金 (float); 入金, 出金 and 金庫へ移動 record paid in, paid out and drops. To close, count the drawer into 実際の現金 without seeing the expected figure and tap 「レジを閉める」: the Z is frozen.
• 返金・取消 / Refunds and voids · 稼働中 LIVE · 「レジ」›「売上」›「返金」/「取消」 現金は「返金額」を入れるとその場で返金されます。取消はその日の売上だけです。カードの返金は、カードで受けた会計があるときだけです。 Cash goes back at once after you enter 返金額. 取消 (void) works only on the day of the sale. Card refunds need a sale paid by card.
• 在庫 / Stock · 稼働中 LIVE · 設定 › 在庫 商品ごとの在庫で、0 になるとQRメニューから消えます（デモ: 枝豆 0、鶏の唐揚げ 12、抹茶アイス 6）。在庫が少ないときのオーナーへの通知はアカウント待ちです。 Stock per item; at zero it drops off the QR menu (demo: edamame 0, karaage 12, matcha ice 6). The low-stock notice to the owner waits on an account.
• 売上レポート / Reports · 稼働中 LIVE · 「レジ」›「レポート」（https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/pos/demo-tokyo#/reports） 日別・週別・商品別・担当者別・支払方法別・税率別と、「CSVをダウンロード」。 By day, week, item, staff, tender and tax rate, with 「CSVをダウンロード」.
• プリンター / Receipt and kitchen printers · 準備済み・アカウント待ち · 設定 › プリンター 店内の Star（CloudPRNT）か Epson（Server Direct Print）のプリンターが必要です。今は「印刷」でレシートのウェブページが開きます。 Needs a Star CloudPRNT or Epson Server Direct Print printer in the shop. For now 「印刷」 opens the receipt web page.
• オフライン販売 / Offline cash sales · 稼働中 LIVE · 機内モードで / in airplane mode ネットが切れても現金で会計でき、「仮レシート」が出ます。つながると自動で送られ、正式番号がつきます。 With no connection the tablet keeps selling for cash and prints a 仮レシート (pre-ticket); on reconnect the sales sync and get real numbers.
• インボイス対応レシート / Qualified invoice receipts · 準備済み・アカウント待ち（お店の実在のT番号 / the shop's real T-number）· 設定 › 事業者情報 登録番号（T＋13桁）を入れると適格簡易請求書に、1万円以上の返金では適格返還請求書になります。デモ店には架空の番号を入れません。 With a registration number (T + 13 digits), receipts become 適格簡易請求書 and refunds of ¥10,000 or more 適格返還請求書. The demo shops never get an invented number.

オーナーアプリ / Owner app

• オーナーアプリ / Owner phone app · 稼働中 LIVE · https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/o/demo-tokyo（ライブ / live: https://emiv1-jp.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/o/demo-tokyo-live） スマホで開き、パスコード（別紙PDF）→「サインイン」。共有 →「ホーム画面に追加」。下のタブは 今日・受信箱・問い合わせ・注文・入場・精算 です。 Open on the phone, passcode (separate PDF) → 「サインイン」; Share → Add to Home Screen. Bottom tabs: 今日 (today), 受信箱 (inbox), 問い合わせ (leads), 注文 (orders), 入場 (door), 精算 (statements).
• 今日の予約 / Today · 稼働中 LIVE · 「今日」タブ / the 今日 tab 「今日」「明日」「それ以降」に分かれます。予約ごとに「確定」「来店」「来店なし」「キャンセル」「電話」。右上の ↻ か、アプリを開き直すと更新されます（プッシュ通知ではありません）。「それ以降」の予約にはボタンがありません。 Split into 今日, 明日 and それ以降 (today, tomorrow, later). Each booking has 確定, 来店, 来店なし, キャンセル and 電話 (confirm, arrived, no-show, cancel, call). ↻ at the top right, or reopening the app, refreshes it (no push). Bookings under それ以降 have no buttons.
• 新着の即時通知 / Instant owner notification · 準備済み・アカウント待ち · コンソール › LINE通知 Puentech の LINE 公式アカウント（または送信用ドメインか Telegram ボット）が必要です。 Needs Puentech's LINE Official Account (or the e-mail sending domain, or a Telegram bot).
• 問い合わせ / Leads · 稼働中 LIVE · 「問い合わせ」タブ / the 問い合わせ tab デモページの「貸切・宴会のご相談」から届きます。「既読」「返信済み」「保管」で状態を変えます（返信そのものは送られません）。 Arrives from 「貸切・宴会のご相談」 on the demo page; 既読, 返信済み and 保管 change its status (no reply is sent).
• 受信箱 / Inbox · 準備済み・アカウント待ち · 「受信箱」タブ / the 受信箱 tab LINE で届いた想定のサンプル（駐車場の質問）で、画面だけは見せられます。受信と返信には LINE・Telegram・WhatsApp の連携が必要で、今は「送信」がエラーになります。 A sample message as if sent on LINE (a parking question) shows the screen. Receiving and replying need LINE, Telegram or WhatsApp; today 「送信」 shows an error.
• 注文 / Orders · 稼働中 LIVE · ライブ＆ショップの「注文」タブ / the live shop's 注文 tab ネット注文の一覧です。「梱包済みにする」「発送…」（配送業者と追跡番号）「お届け済みにする」「返品」。過去のデモの注文は名前が「—」になっていて、その「発送…」は失敗します。 The web orders, with 梱包済みにする (packed), 発送… (shipped: carrier and tracking), お届け済みにする (delivered) and 返品 (returned). Earlier demos' orders show "—" for the name, and their 「発送…」 fails.
• 入場チェック / Door check-in · 稼働中 LIVE · ライブ＆ショップの「入場」タブ / the live shop's 入場 tab 上でイベントを選び、コードを入れて「入場する」。入場数と販売数がその場で更新されます。「カメラで読み取る」は Android の Chrome だけで、iPhone はコードを入力します。タブレットPOSには入場の画面はありません。 Choose the event at the top, type the code, tap 「入場する」; door and sales counts update live. 「カメラで読み取る」 works only in Android Chrome; on an iPhone, type the code. The tablet POS has no door screen.
• 精算書 / Settlement statements · 稼働中 LIVE · ライブ＆ショップの「精算」タブ / the live shop's 精算 tab 期間を入れて「下書きを作成」すると、純額と関係者ごとの取り分が出ます。「確定」すると変更できません。CSV はアプリからはまだダウンロードできません。 Enter a period and tap 「下書きを作成」: the net and each party's share. 「確定」 freezes it for good. The CSV cannot be downloaded from the app yet.
• サイトの管理画面 / Site admin page · 稼働中 LIVE · <店のサイト>/admin 公開中の店のサイトに付いている、予約一覧・休業日・通知メールの画面です。デモページにはありません。 The booking list, closed dates and notify e-mails page that comes with each live venue site. The demo page has none.

The console (https://emiv1-console.carlose2-p-r.workers.dev/?lang=ja, in Japanese, English and Spanish) is Puentech's back office. Kenta's partner login does not exist yet (Emilio creates it). A partner sees only the shops they sell, and guests and orders as counts only.

4. デモ前のリセット / Resetting before each demo

リセットは、エミリオか Claude がエミリオの Mac で実行します（管理者キーと Stripe のテストキーを使うためです）。ケンタさんは実行しません。デモの日時が決まったら、エミリオに連絡してください。

Emilio or Claude runs the reset on Emilio's Mac (it uses the admin key and the Stripe test key); Kenta does not run it. Tell Emilio the demo date and time once it is set.

いつ実行するか / When to run it

• デモの2日以上前（リハーサルをしたら、その後）に --reset を1回実行します。 Run --reset once, two or more days before the demo (after any rehearsal).
• デモ当日の朝に、--reset を付けずに同じコマンドを1回実行します。その日の予約、1番卓のキッチン注文、割引・チップ入りの会計と返金のサンプルが、その日の日付で入ります。 On the demo morning, run the same command once without --reset. It adds that day's bookings, table 1's kitchen order and the sample bill with a discount, a tip and a refund, dated that day. ``bash node "/Users/emiliopuente/Documents/Proyectos/Tokyo websites/demo/seed.mjs" ``
• そのあとタブレットで「レジ」→「レジを閉める」→ 30000 を入れて「レジを開ける」。これでデモの会計だけが新しいレジの記録に入ります。 Then, on the tablet: 「レジ」 → 「レジを閉める」 → type 30000 → 「レジを開ける」. The demo's sales then start on a fresh register session.
• 新しいリンク（前受金デモ用・チケットコード）で別紙PDFを作り直し、ケンタさんに送ります。 Rebuild the separate PDF with the new links (deposit demo, ticket codes) and send it to Kenta.

当日の朝に --reset だけを実行しても動きますが、リセットで取り消した会計が、その日のレポートとレジの一覧に「取消」として残ります。日曜は定休日なので、その日のサンプル予約は月曜に入ります。

A --reset alone on the demo morning also works, but the sales it voids stay in that day's report and register list as 取消 lines. Sunday is the shop's closed day, so that day's sample bookings land on Monday.

リセットで変わること / What the reset does

• 今日以降の予約（受付中・確定）は約300日先へ移してからキャンセルします（削除はしません）。 Upcoming pending and confirmed bookings are moved about 300 days out and cancelled (never deleted).
• デモ食堂のその日の会計と、会計していない伝票を取り消します。 The restaurant's sales of that day and its unpaid bills are voided.
• 両店が持つ連絡先（サンプル客、リハーサル、デモで入力された電話番号・メール）を匿名化して削除します。 Every contact both shops hold (sample guests, rehearsals, numbers typed in demos) is anonymised and erased.
• テスト用のタブレット（名前が demo-walk で始まるもの）をサインアウトします。ケンタさんのタブレットはそのままです。 Test tablets named demo-walk… are signed out; Kenta's tablet stays signed in.
• 新しいサンプル一式（予約、前受金デモ用の未払い予約2件、招待券と購入済みチケット各1枚、ネット注文、今月の精算書の下書き）を作ります。イベントとドロップのURLは変わりません。 A fresh sample set is made (bookings, two unpaid deposit bookings, one comp and one paid ticket, web orders, this month's settlement draft). The event and drop URLs stay the same.

リセットしても残るもの / What stays

• 過去の日の売上・注文・チケットは履歴として残り（名前は「—」）、今月の精算書にも入ります。 Earlier days' sales, orders and tickets stay as history (names read "—") and remain in the month's statement.
• 完了・キャンセル済みの予約は、その日の「今日」に残ります。 Completed and cancelled bookings stay on their own day's 今日 list.
• ドロップを一度買った電話番号は、リセット後も買えません。 A phone number that bought the drop still cannot buy it.

実行後の確認 / After running it

最後の行に「not seeded: none」と出れば完了です。「429」（1時間あたりの上限）が出たときは、1時間後に --reset なしでもう一度実行します。結果は state.json（店舗の状態）と private/links.json（非公開のリンク。公開しないこと）に書き込まれます。

It is done when the last line reads "not seeded: none". If it reports 429 (the hourly limit), run it again without --reset after the hour. Results go to state.json (the shops' state) and private/links.json (private links: never publish).

5. テストカード / The test card

Stripe の画面の上に「Sandbox」と出ていればテスト環境です。緑の「Pay securely with Link」は使わず、カード欄に入力して「Pay」を押します。テスト環境では本物のカードは使えません。デモで本物のカードを入れないでください。

"Sandbox" at the top of the Stripe page means test mode. Skip the green "Pay securely with Link" button: type into the card fields and tap 「Pay」. Real cards don't work in test mode, and should never be typed in a demo.

6. まだ約束しないこと / What not to promise yet

次の機能は作ってありますが、まだ動いていません。お客様には「準備済みで、〇〇ができ次第使えます」とお伝えください。

These are built but not running yet. Tell the client they are ready and switch on once the named account or device exists.

• 予約フォームからの前受金の支払い（今は、用意した予約の確認ページからだけです）。 Paying the deposit from the booking form (today only from a prepared booking's page).
• レジで予約を呼び出し、前受金を差し引くこと。 Calling up a booking at the register to take off the deposit.
• 座席指定・券種（S席・一般など）・転売・譲渡。 Seat maps, ticket tiers, resale and transfers.
• ドロップの配送先住所（今は会場での受け取りとして紹介します）。 A delivery address on drops (present it as pick-up).
• ネット注文の商品一覧ページ（お店のサイトのカート）。 A product-list page for web orders (a site cart).
• オーナーアプリの顧客台帳、イベント・ドロップの作成、支払い状況の表示、精算書のCSV。 In the owner app: guest profiles, creating events or drops, payment status, the statement CSV.
• QRメニューやイベントページが、スマホの言語に自動で切り替わること。 The QR menu and event pages switching to the phone's language by themselves.
• 同意したお客様への一斉配信（キャンペーン）。 Campaigns to consenting guests.
• ポイント・回数券・ギフトカード・会員（SP6 の計画）。 Points, 回数券, gift cards and memberships (planned for SP6).

言い方に注意 / Careful claims

• 「LINE やメールで店主に予約が届きます」は、まだ言わないでください。今はオーナーアプリで確認します。 Don't say owners get bookings by LINE or e-mail yet; today they see them in the owner app.
• 「カードで払えます」: ネット注文・ドロップ・チケットは、お店が自分の Stripe をつなげば使えます。予約の前受金は予約フォームの対応待ち、店頭のカード端末とタッチ決済はアカウント待ちです。 "Cards work": web orders, drops and tickets do, once the shop connects its own Stripe; deposits still need the booking form, and counter card readers and Tap to Pay wait on accounts.
• レジ・QRメニュー・ネット注文は、まだ実際のお店で本番に使われていません。予約は67のサイトで動いています（多くはデモサイト）。Stripe はテスト環境での確認です。 The register, QR menu and web orders have not run in a real shop yet. Bookings run on 67 sites (most are demo sites). Stripe has been proven in test mode only.
• 予約の状態を変えても、お客様には連絡が行きません（キャンセルの確認画面に「通知されます」と出ますが、実際には送られません）。 Changing a booking's status sends the guest nothing (the cancel prompt says the guest will be told, but nothing is sent).
• QRメニューの言語は、お店が設定した言語だけです（デモ店は日・英・中・韓）。 The QR menu offers only the languages the shop sets (the demo shop: ja, en, zh, ko).
• 法律・税の説明は「調査にもとづく設計で、税理士・弁護士の確認前」とお伝えください。規約のページも「法務レビュー待ち」です。 Present legal and tax points as designed from research, not yet checked by a 税理士 or lawyer; the legal pages are marked pending review too.
• サポートは人が行います（Puentech とセカルク）。 Support is done by people (Puentech and セカルク).

デモで避けること / Avoid during demos

• タブレットで品切れの「枝豆」を打たないでください。支払い後に伝票が止まります。 Don't ring the sold-out 枝豆 on the tablet: the bill gets stuck after payment.
• QRメニューの「宴会コース」は注文しないでください。 Don't order the party course from the QR menu.
• 受信箱の「送信」は押さないでください（エラーの文字が出ます）。 Don't press 「送信」 in the inbox (it shows an error code).
• 精算書の「確定」は押さないでください（元に戻せません）。 Don't tap 「確定」 on a statement (it cannot be undone).
• 「特定商取引法に基づく表記」のリンクは開かないでください（販売者の情報が入るまでエラー表示です）。 Don't open the 「特定商取引法に基づく表記」 link: it shows an error until the seller's details exist.
• 予約確認ページを何度も再読み込みしないでください（同じWi-Fiから1時間20回まで）。 Don't reload booking pages over and over (20 an hour per network).
• 前受金の「¥2,500 At the shop」の行は読み上げないでください（人数分の計算をしていません）。 Don't read out "¥2,500 At the shop" on the deposit: it isn't multiplied by the party.
• デモページの「1〜12名様」は、フォームでは8名までです。 The demo page says 1 to 12 guests, but the form stops at 8.
• 「レジ」の一番下の「前回の精算」は、デモの中でレジを締めるまで見せないでください（リセットの取消が入っています）。 Don't show 前回の精算 at the bottom of 「レジ」 until you close the register in the demo: it holds the reset's voids.
• コンソールでデモ店の POS をオフ→オンにしないでください。 Never switch a demo shop's POS off and on in the console.
• お客様の本当の電話番号は入れないでください（架空の番号で構いません）。 Don't type the client's real phone number; made-up numbers are fine.

7. 困ったとき / If something goes wrong

• 画面に too_many と出た: 同じWi-Fiからの1時間の上限です。スマホをモバイル回線に切り替えるか、1時間待ちます。 too_many on the screen: the hourly limit for one network. Switch the phone to mobile data, or wait an hour.
• 予約できない: 日曜・過去の日時・満席・営業時間外です。月〜土の、今日以降の空き枠を選びます。 A booking is refused: Sunday, a past time, a full slot or outside hours. Choose a free slot from today on, Monday to Saturday.
• オーナーアプリに予約が出ない: 右上の ↻ をタップします。明後日以降の予約は「それ以降」に出ます（確定ボタンはありません）。 The booking isn't in the owner app: tap ↻ at the top right. Bookings after tomorrow are under それ以降, with no confirm button.
• Stripe から戻っても「At the shop」のまま: 数秒待って1回だけ再読み込みします。 Still "At the shop" after Stripe: wait a few seconds and reload once.
• 前受金のリンクに「Pay」がない: すでに支払い済みです。別紙PDFの予備のリンクを使い、次のデモの前にリセットを依頼します。 No 「Pay」 on the deposit link: it has been paid. Use the spare link in the PDF and ask for a reset before the next demo.
• 入場で「使用済み」と出る: そのコードは入場済みです。新しくチケットを買うか、別紙PDFの未使用のコードを使います。 使用済み at the door: that code has been used. Buy a new ticket, or use an unused code from the PDF.
• タブレットに「レジが閉まっています」: 「レジ」で 30000 を入れて「レジを開ける」。 The tablet says レジが閉まっています: on 「レジ」, type 30000 and tap 「レジを開ける」.
• 「受け取る」ボタンが見えない: タブレットを縦にするか、下へスクロールします。 Can't see 「受け取る」: hold the tablet upright, or scroll down.
• タブレットがパスコードを求める: 30日たったか、サインアウトされています。パスコード（別紙PDF）をもう一度入れます。 The tablet asks for the passcode: 30 days have passed or it was signed out. Enter the passcode again (separate PDF).
